Ongoing support
Ongoing support for what already works
Keep implemented solutions working and improve them under an agreed support plan, with a clear line between support and new projects.
Before you send
You are asking about ongoing support for solutions in use — not a demonstration or a new project.
- First step: a specialist responds within one business day to understand what you use today and which support would fit.
- A conversation or demonstration is not a commitment to a large project. You decide afterwards whether and how to continue.
- Custom project work is not included in any subscription price. If your case needs it, we scope and quote it separately.
What ongoing support covers
- Fixes
- Correcting faults in the solutions we delivered, so they work as agreed.
- Agreed maintenance
- Regular checks and updates listed in your support plan, including relevant technology and regulatory changes affecting those solutions.
- Small agreed changes
- Limited adjustments within the scope agreed in the plan, such as wording, routing rules or an additional field.
- New projects
- New solutions, integrations or larger changes are not part of support. We scope and quote them separately.
